A certificate of re-sale must be uploaded below in the respective document holder or emailed to info@pureparima.com prior to an order being processed.

In order to enjoy wholesale discounting, orders must meet the minimum order quantity set forth by your sales representative.

A notification of your new Pure Parima account and status will be sent to you within five working days.

If you will be paying via credit card please complete the section above labeled Credit Card and Holder Information.

All pending orders will be processed after the accounting department has received the above required information.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront and orders must be signed by Owner/Buyer. There is a minimum order quantity requirement for Sheet Sets and Duvet Cover Sets, in both cases minimums are per collection and provided by your sales representative. 

Final delivery of your custom order will vary between 30 days and 120 days based on fabric availability.

Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned.

Size limitations may vary between collections. Please contact customer service for additional information.

Pure Parima shops for the best possible shipping rates and methods of shipping to ensure the lowest possible freight rate.

If you have a preferred carrier or special requirements, please notify us in writing to ensure all such procedures are followed.

We also accommodate 3rd party shipping requests. Please note this on your order.

Residential and rural areas will incur additional freight charges.

Placement of order with Pure Parima constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Every Pure Parima product is warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the original purchase date. Pure Parima may repair or replace at its discretion without charge.

Please note, our retail products are specifically designed for residential use and have not been tested per commercial standards.

Proof of original purchase and photographs are required.

Dealer is expected to inspect all customer claims.

Customer’s wholesale cost of product constitutes the maximum liability that Pure Parima will consider on any claim.

Pure Parima proudly stands behind every product we sell with a goal of 100% satisfaction for our customers. We have outlined our return policy to ensure that any and all problems are efficiently resolved in a timely manner. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt with the driver present. Any damage should be refused at the time of delivery and noted by the carrier.

Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect and open the package thoroughly with the driver present. Goods damaged in transit must be refused at time of delivery. It is possible that the outside packaging is intact while the product inside was damaged in transit.

If unable to open and inspect immediately at the time of delivery, please write “Subject to Inspection” on shipping documents before signing for delivery. Please note clearly any obvious issues or signs of damage such as torn packaging, rips, etc.

If damage is not noted at time of delivery, call the carrier to amend the Bill of Lading prior to returning the shipment. The shipping company or Pure Parima cannot be held liable if BOL/Shipping document is signed and damage is not noted by the receiver.

Verify your BOL/Shipping document for number of packages and note any items which have not been received.

Please call customer service immediately at 609.917.7755 and notify us that you have received/refused a damaged item.

A reorder for the damaged/defective item will be processed once a new PO is received.

Items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt without penalty.

Product must be unopened, unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging.

Pure Parima does not accept returns on any item after 30 days from receipt.

Any item returned without an RMA can be refused at the customer’s expense. A RMA request must be submitted to info@pureparima.com before returning an item.

For your protection, we recommend that all shipments be sent back with a tracking number and proper insurance.

Once the item is received and inspected at Pure Parima, a credit (not including freight) for the item will be issued to your account. If you maintain a prepay account and require a check to be issued, please contact our accounting department to request a check refund by contacting us at nancy@hmnewyork.com

An RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package for all returns including sample returns.

Pure Parima’s products made with various fabric constructions woven with 100% Certified Egyptian Cotton. Colors may vary slightly between dye lots and individual weaves. Slight pattern irregularities are normal.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any non-defective product.

Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per item returned.

Swatch books containing fabric and all colors of our Yalda, Hira and Ariane collection is available upon request and will be mailed for free via USPS.

1. All purchases by Applicant of goods and/or services acquired from Pure Parima will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Application and any invoices and/or other documents evidencing the Applicant's obligation to Pure Parima all of which are incorporated herein by this reference.

2. Payment of purchase price for goods and/or services acquired from Pure Parima shall be made pursuant to the terms set forth on each invoice, and Applicant agrees to pay all charges according to the payment terms established in said invoices. The entire outstanding balance due to Pure Parima on all invoices shall become due in full immediately upon default in the payment of any invoice.

3. Applicant agrees to pay interest in the amount of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is greater, on any payment considered past due until collected.

4. Applicant agrees to pay all costs of collection incurred by Pure Parima including reasonable attorney's/agencies' fees and expenses, should a default in payment or any other obligation of Applicant occur.

5. Applicant agrees to pay a service/handling charge of $50.00 for each non-sufficient/returned check to Pure Parima.

6. The parties hereto hereby irrevocably consent (a) to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Courts of Burlington County, NJ and agree that venue in each of such Courts is proper in connection with any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Account or any document or instrument delivered pursuant to this Account or the other documents relating to this Account, and (b) to the service of process by certified mail, return receipt requested. Nothing herein shall affect the right of any party to serve process in any other manner permitted by law or to commence legal proceeding or otherwise proceed against any party in any other jurisdiction.

Applicant hereby certified that the information furnished under this Application and any other financial statements furnished in connection herewith, is true and correct and that the information is being furnished to Pure Parima for the purpose of inducing Pure Parima to extend credit to Applicant and understands that Pure Parima intends to rely upon such information. Applicant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Application and all invoices and other documents furnished by Pure Parima from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by references, and to advise Pure Parima of any material change in the information provided herein, including but not limited to change of ownership, address or telephone. Applicant understands that Pure Parima will retain this Application whether or not it is approved. Applicant hereby authorizes Pure Parima to check Applicant's personal and business credit history and trade and bank references for customary credit information, to confirm the information contained on this Application and to release information to other creditors regarding Applicant's credit experience with Pure Parima. Applicant hereby authorizes its bank to release information to Pure Parima regarding its checking and/or other accounts.

The undersigned agrees to act as a personal guarantor for all debts incurred both now and in the future by the Company, Organization, person or corporation who have signed this credit application and have been extended credit, both now and in the future. Guarantor recognizes, understands and agrees that this guarantee cannot be revoked or rescinded if any principle balance remains outstanding. Guaranty is absolute, continuing and irrevocable guarantee and is not conditioned upon any other person or party signing the same. Guaranty is enforceable individually and/or severally.

I expressly waive presentment, demand, protest, notice of protest, dishonor, diligence, notice of default or nonpayment, notice of acceptance of this guaranty, notice of the extending of any guaranteed indebtedness already or hereafter contracted for by the company, notice of any modification or renewal of any credit agreement evidencing the indebtedness hereby guaranteed, notice of any renewal or extension of such indebtedness, and I expressly consent to any modification or renewal of any credit agreement evidencing the indebtedness hereby guaranteed and to all renewals or extensions of such indebtedness. I further waive any right to require Pure Parima to proceed against, or make any effect at collection of the guaranteed indebtedness from the Company or any other party liable for such indebtedness.

If the guaranteed indebtedness is not paid by me when due, and this guaranty is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, or suit is brought here upon, or it is enforced through any judicial proceeding whatsoever, I shall pay all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred by Pure Parima. In the event more than one party executed this Guaranty, as a guarantor, then each guarantor agrees to be jointly and/or severally liable for the guaranteed indebtedness, and, in all instances herein, the singular shall be construed to include the plural.

The parties hereto hereby irrevocably consent (a) to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Courts of Burlington County, NJ and agree that venue in each of such Courts is proper in connection with any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Account or any documenter instrument delivered pursuant to this Account or the other documents relating to this Account, and (b) to the service of process by certified mail, return receipt requested. Nothing herein shall affect the right of any party to serve process in any other manner permitted by law or to commence legal proceeding or otherwise proceed against any party in any other jurisdiction.

The guarantor hereby grants permission to Pure Parima to obtain personal credit information from the references furnished and/or from credit bureau reports as may be deemed advisable.

The undersigned inconsideration for the terms stated herein for the extension of credit by Pure Parima, hereby agrees the terms of sale are "payment in full by the 15th day of the date of invoice." The invoice(s) become past due if not paid by the 15th day of the date of invoice, your account may be placed on hold and sent to our collection department. In the event of default in payment, and if the same is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, the undersigned agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fee. There will be a 25% Restocking Charge on all merchandise returned for credit. The undersigned does hereby certify that the information contained on this application is true and correct, and further agrees that any change in ownership or officers or form that the business operates shall be made known to Zako LLC Pure Parima 140 Mount Holly Bypass, Unit 6, Lumberton, NJ 08048. This notice shall be in writing and mailed to Pure Parima by certified U.S. Mail.
