Pure Parima is pleased to offer a variety of shipping options, exceptional service, and quality beyond compare to customers worldwide. Our headquarters and operations are proudly based in New Jersey, where every order is carefully prepared and shipped. By handling everything in-house—including design, development, customer care, and fulfillment—we ensure a seamless experience, efficient processing, and the flexibility to provide complimentary services when needed. If you have any questions or special requests, we’re always happy to assist and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Processing Times
We proudly ship within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends, unless stated otherwise.
If an item is being restocked within three weeks or less, we offer a pre-sale option, allowing you to reserve your item and receive it as soon as it becomes available.
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders not exceeding package weights listed below, with expedited delivery options available for an additional fee. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM EST will be fulfilled within 24 hours, unless otherwise noted. During inclement weather or major sales events, processing times may vary. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
For orders with priority, express, or expedited shipping, our standard processing times still apply.

Canada Shipping:
We’re pleased to share that we’ve worked with our shipping carriers to continue providing a seamless delivery experience for our Canadian customers. We currently offer standard economy shipping for $79 USD on orders 17 lbs or less , $129 USD on orders 18–35 lbs and $169 on orders 36-50lbs at checkout to the following southern Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
For northern Canadian territories, standard economy shipping is $169 USD on orders 17 lbs or less and $269 USD on orders 18–50 lbs at checkout.
For bulk orders exceeding 50 lbs, additional freight charges may apply. Please contact us for a shipping estimate, and be sure to include the items you wish to purchase along with your delivery address.
This one-time fee covers shipping and duties, so our Canadian customers will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

International Shipping:
We currently offer standard economy shipping for $79 on orders up to 17 lbs to the following countries: Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and U.S. Outlying Islands. This fee covers all shipping costs, duties, and taxes, so you won’t incur any additional charges upon delivery.For orders exceeding 18 lbs, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for a shipping estimate, and be sure to include the items you wish to purchase along with your delivery address.
For Australia, the standard economy shipping at checkout is $99 USD on orders up to 17lbs. For orders 18lbs - 50lbs standard economy shipping is $199. This fee covers shipping, duty, and fees.
Packages over 50lbs will incur a recalculated shipping cost at checkout.

Return Policy
For eligible items purchased on pureparima.com, returns must be initiated and given to the carrier within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund. Returns outside this window and not meeting this criteria may not qualify for a refund. Please note that return labels expire 7 days after issuance. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and process your return. Allow this time for funds to reflect in your account. Currently, we accept returns only from U.S.-based customers and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For complete details, please review our return policy below before submitting your request. Note: This policy was updated on 1/15/2025. Orders placed before this date follow our previous policy if within the eligible return window.

Inserts + Pillows have a 30-day return window and have a 2-year limited warranty that you may review here.
Last Chance items are final sale and may not be returned. If there is an issue with your Last Chance item, please contact us here.
Freight Forwarding is at your own risk. We do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders.
Pure Parima reserves the right to inspect all returns/exchanges and restrict service for customers displaying excessive return activity. Items with irregular use or damage will not be accepted.
Return Instructions
· Enter your order number and email address on our returns page and click Start Your Return. Please note you must enter the email associated with your order and include our order prefix i.e. PP
· Follow the instructions provided and select the items you wish to return to submit your request. Be sure to include your reason for returning the item as your feedback helps us understand where we can improve. Please note complete item(s) including gift boxes, pouches, and other accessories must be returned to receive a full refund.
· Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email along with return instructions. Print and cover any existing labels before returning your package. Return labels must be properly shown on the outside of the return package.
· Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your return request to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible to receive a refund. Unused shipping labels are automatically cancelled after 30 days and return tickets will be closed out.
· Allow a total of 10 to 14 business days for the return process to be completed and to receive your refund.
Return Charges
· We do not charge restocking fees to return an unused, unopened, unwashed item. Please note the item(s) must be in new, original condition and include gift boxes, pouches, and other accessories to be returned to receive a full refund.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
· At this time, we only offer pre-paid return labels for U.S.-based returns. We do not accept international returns, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If there is an issue with your international order, please contact us immediately for further assistance.
· We provide one courtesy prepaid return label per order. If an additional return label is requested, the label cost will be deducted from the total refund.
· We do not allow partial refunds for partial returns on orders. If the order is returned with missing items within a set, a partial refund will not be issued. You may request your items back within 7 days if you would like to pay for return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, the full refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for your payment method provider to release the funds back to you. Please note once we have issued the funds on our end, we do not control how soon the credit or refund will be received by you. Please contact your payment method provider for further assistance.
Warranty
If you are experiencing an issue with your purchase, please reach out to customer care by visiting here before initiating a return request as we're confident we can quickly resolve any issue you may have. Please note, we may request the defective item back for further quality control. We will accept and replace defective items within 1 year of your purchase date.
· We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to wash or bleach. Discoloration due to user error is not covered as a manufacturer's defect.
· We cannot accept returns due to damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers, or dry cleaners.
· Last Chance items are marked as final sale are not covered under our 30 Night Trial and cannot be returned.
Free Gift with Purchase
Any gift with purchase (GWP) is available for a limited time and while supplies last. Details of GWP, including but not limited to color, size, and quantity are selected by Pure Parima. Offer is subject to change at any time without notice.
If you need to return an item and you received a GWP due to the purchase amount or item(s) ordered, then both the item and GWP must be returned to Pure Parima in your return package. If the GWP is not returned, the retail cost of the gift will be deducted from the total refund. To receive a full refund, you are welcome to return the gift at your cost as only one complimentary return label is provided per order.
